Injury Update - Huddersfield (A)

Stoke boss Michael O Neill has provided us with an injury update prior to our trip to face Huddersfield on Saturday in front of the Sky Sports cameras.

The gaffer was delighted to confirm that new signing Alfie Doughty is currently working with club physios in an attempt to play before the end of this season, he also confirmed that Lee Gregory has returned to training after a lengthy spell on the sidelines whilst fellow striker Steven Fletcher has now caught up to speed after completing a full week of training - his first in a while. The gaffer also commented on the condition of Morgan Fox who hasn't been seen since the 1-3 defeat to Spurs in the Carabao Cup more than a month ago.

Goalkeeping duo Adam Davies & Angus Gunn are also continuing their phased return to the pitch after being sidelined with a knee ligament injury and ankle ligament damage respectively.

The gaffer was also coy to report that the club has reported no new positive COVID tests within the club during the past week. Ryan Shawcross was the most recent positive case within the camp.
