Match Preview: Stoke City vs Norwich City

Looking to ease relegation fears Stoke City will look to beat 6th-placed Norwich City at the bet365 Stadium.

Back to winning ways! The Potters have a chance to finally get a positive run of results together as they shape their destiny in the crucial run in.

But how will they fare when they face another promotion-chasing side in Norwich?

Here’s everything you need to know about The Potters' upcoming game against The Canaries…

Team News/ Manager Insight

Ben Pearson could see a return to the first eleven after he picked up a red card against Leeds United.

With Schumacher stating in a recent interview “We’ve got Wouter suspended for the next two games, and it might be an opportunity for Ben to get into the team.”

There are no major injury concerns and Ryan Mmaee is back in training after being put into the under-21s due to disciplinary reasons.

“Hopefully he will have a point to prove and finish the season strong” “he’s looking sharp, and he will be back in the squad” Schumacher stated when asked about Mmaee.

Schumacher expects Norwich to be a challenge with them being one of the “hardest teams to prepare for because of the rotation they have in midfield.”

Predicted XI against Norwich:

(GK) Iversen, Gooch, Rose, Wilmot, Hoever, Pearson, Baker, Laurent, Junho, Ennis, Campbell

Harrison’s Prediction

The Performances as of late have improved and so have the fans. The bet365 needs to maintain the level of noise that was provided against Middlesbrough.

If the support can continue to be as excellent as it has been for the past 3 games I see no reason why the 12th man can’t spur The Potters to two wins in a row.

Stoke’s performances in the past 3 games have been great as well and hopefully, The Potters can continue this run of form.

MY PREDICTION: STOKE CITY 2 – 1 NORWICH CITY
