We are Stoke announces that we will remember those who we have lost in 2021 with a remembrance video - which will be published on the 31st December 2021.
The video will take a look back at the loved ones that we've sadly lost throughout the year and we invite all of you to submit, names and photos of those you've lost over the last twelve months.
If you wish to have a loved one included then please email the following details to enquiries@wearestoke.co.uk

- Year of Birth
- Picture of Loved One
The deadline for inclusion in the remembrance video is Wednesday 22nd December 2021 at 5pm so therefore we would ask that you send all details in via email at your earliest convenience.
In the exceptional circumstance, where you don't have an accessible email address, then please send in all the required details via Facebook.
